17. Notify about the status of credit applications with financial entities with which Loft Me has a current agreement, for the acquisition of Loft Me products.
18. For after-sales or warranty activities on Loft Me products.
19. The consolidation and updating of databases.
20. Notify changes in Loft Me policies.
21. As well as other purposes contained in Loft Me's Personal Data Processing Policy.

2. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

As the Data Subject of the information, you have the right to:

1. Access the provided data that has been processed, free of charge.
2. Know, update and rectify information regarding partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented data, data that misleads, or data whose processing is prohibited or has not been authorized.
3. Request proof, revocation or suppression of the Authorization granted to Loft Me, in cases where applicable.
4. File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for infringements of current regulations.
5. Submit requests to Loft Me or the Processor regarding the use made of your Personal Data.
6. Refrain from answering questions about sensitive data. Answers regarding sensitive data or data of children and adolescents will be optional.
